Aubergine Sauce (from Ivory Coast)


350 grams of meat
1/4 tin of tomato paste 400grs "SALSA"
tomato soup
2-3 cups mashed eggplant
chili (optional)


Cook with the lid on the pan before adding the meat with onions, then tomato paste. Shortly after adding the water and cook. When the meat is almost cooked add the tomato soup and mashed eggplant. Cook until it reaches the right consistency.
