Cut the meat into cubes. The onion and chilies. Heat the oil in a pan, when sizzling pour the meat and brown for 5 minutes, add garlic, onion and chilli, salt, pepper, stir and let cook for several minutes. Pour the tomato puree after diluted with 2 tablespoons water, stir and let cook for another 5 minutes. Cover with 3/4 of a liter of water and bring to boil. Add all vegetables, whole, washed. Simmer for about half an hour and then remove cabbage, potatoes and carrots. Diluted peanut butter in half a glass of water and add to the pan. Cook for a further 15 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent the pasta peanut attacks on the bottom, until it looks creamy. Season with salt and serve hot boiled rice.
